Read Bio Mohamad Hadid Mohamad Hadid is the Chairman of Hadid International Services (HADID). The company provides a range of aviation services to international operators, executives, governmental bodies and humanitarian agencies. Mohamad is a highly analytical and innovative decision-maker with extensive experience in business turnaround, restructuring, change management and talent acquisition. He is knowledgeable of complex aviation-technical systems and critical business aviation requirements and workflows. Mohamad holds a B.Sc. and a B.B.A. in Aviation Management, a CoP in Strategies and Leadership and is currently completing his pilot’s licence. From a young age, Mohamad has been actively involved in many facets of the business. HADID has remained a progressive business with a people-centric approach since its inception. This approach drove Mohamad’s passion for the advancement of women in aviation and for further Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibilities (CSER). Mohamad recognised early on that turning the focus of the company towards the advancement of women, could simultaneously affect positive change in the world whilst opening new lines of business. This is the idea that organisations and industry can “do well by doing good”. Mohamad’s first move as Chairman was to implement “Embracing Change”, a future focused corporate philosophy which has seen HADID diversify its teams, adopt more women into leadership roles and support initiatives aimed at improving corporate sustainability. Whilst aviation remains to be a male dominated industry, Mohamad has ensured HADID more than doubled its gender diversity since his appointment to Chairman in 2014, the benefits of which have proven exponential.
