The 2024 Annual General Meeting of Asian Business Aviation Association Limited will be held at Studio City Macau (Estr. Flor de Lótus, Macao) on Saturday, 9 November 2024 at 02:00 PM (UTC+8, Hong Kong time) for the purposes set out below.

1. Report of the Chairperson on the activities since the last AGM and plans for the upcoming year
2. Financial report by the Treasurer or in his/her absence by a member of the Board of Directors
3. Other matters – matters to be taken up have to be received by the Board of Directors at least eight (8) days prior to the AGM in writing via email or post
4. Introduction of the Election Committee
5. Declaration by the Election Committee that all positions of the Board of Directors are now vacant
6. Introduction of Candidates for the Board of Directors with an opportunity for every candidate to present himself/herself in a short presentation
7. Election proper
8. Canvass of votes submitted
9. Announcement of the election result for the Board of Directors by the Chairperson
10. Acknowledgment by the newly elected Board of Directors that they accept the election
11. Coffee Break – parallel to this the new Board of Directors convene for the first constituting meeting
12. Introduction of the newly elected- Chairperson - Up to six (6) Vice Chairpersons
13. Oath taking of the Chairperson and, the Vice Chairpersons
14. To transact any other business

An authorized primary representative entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote on his behalf. A proxy need not be a member of the company. The Proxy form will be provided later in due course. All registered attendees will be subject to membership verification prior to confirmation.
