The 2022 Annual General Meeting of Asian Business Aviation Association Limited will be held at Fairmont Singapore (Orchard Room), Raffles City Convention Centre, 80 Bras Basah Road, 189560, Singapore on Tuesday, 28 June 2022 at 09:30 AM for the purposes set out below.

1. Report of the Chairperson on the activities since the last AGM and plans for the upcoming year
2. Financial report by the Treasurer or in his/her absence by a member of the Board of Directors
3. Presentation of new budget for the upcoming year with discussion
4. Voting on the acceptance of new budget
5. Other matters – matters to be taken up have to be received by the Board of Directors at least eight (8) days prior to the AGM in writing with email or mail
6. Introduction of Election Committee
7. Declaration by the Election Committee that all positions of the Board of Directors are now vacant
8. Introduction of Candidates for the Board of Directors with an opportunity for every candidate to present himself/herself in a short presentation
9. Election proper
10. Canvass of votes submitted
11. Announcement of the election result for the Board of Directors by the Chairperson
12. Acknowledgement by the newly elected Board of Directors that they accept the election
13. Coffee Break – parallel to it the new Board of Directors convene for the first constituting meeting
14. Introduction of the newly elected — Chairperson + up to six (6) Vice Chairpersons
15. Oath taking of the Chairperson, the Vice Chairpersons
16. To transact any other ordinary business

An authorized primary representative entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote on his behalf. A proxy need not be a member of the company. The Proxy form will be provided later in due course. All registered attendees will be subject to membership verification prior to confirmation.
