Ching Hock is from Changi Airport Group and has over 16 years of experience in airport management. He currently serves as the General Manager of Seletar Airport. His responsibilities include overseeing the safety, operations, and development of Seletar Airport. Ching Hock also co-chairs the Seletar Runway Safety Team to lead efforts in enhancing runway safety.

James Jordan is a Partner in HFW's market leading aviation team with well over a decade of experience advising the aviation and insurance industries. He has been working in the Asia Pacific region since 2010. He provides advice to business and general aviation operators in relation to disputes, commercial litigation, regulatory issues, and the drafting/review of commercial contracts. He also has a proven track record of handling some of the region's largest aviation accidents in recent years for both operators and their insurers. James is currently involved in some of the largest disputes to impact the aviation insurance market arising out of the Russia/Ukraine conflict and is an experienced insurance coverage lawyer.

James has significant client facing in-house experience gained through corporate secondments at AIG where he held the position of Complex Claims Adjuster in the Aerospace Claims Department as well as at the insurance broker Willis Towers Watson where he worked as a Legal Counsel in the Legal Department.

He is currently a Director of the Asian Business Aviation Association’s (AsBAA). In 2019 he was named one of Singapore’s 20 most influential lawyers under 40 by Singapore Business Review and in 2022 he was named one of Singapore's Rising Stars by Asia Legal Business.

James is admitted to practice in England & Wales and Hong Kong.

Nadine has over 20 years of experience with the Civil Aviation Authority. Her roles have included managing air services agreements, engaging with media, and promoting aviation careers to youth. In her current role, she focuses on safety promotion activities aimed at strengthening the safety culture in the aviation sector.

After qualifying as an accountant in the UK. Worked in the aviation industry since 1982, moved to Asia in 1996. Started FEIC in 2006 as a specialist Aviation Insurance broker. Since then, FEIC has grown to be one of the leading aviation insurance specialists in the Asia Pacific Region.

Matt has worked in aviation insurance market for over 30 years, commencing his career as a specialist aviation placing broker in the Lloyds of London market before moving to Australia in 2004. He has now worked at QBE for the past 18 years leading their international business, specialising in Asia and the Middle-East. During this time QBE have become the biggest General Aviation insurer based in the region with an emphasis on putting the client’s needs first, risk management and a strong focus on long-term relationships.

Paul Thompson is appointed Senior Director for BAS International. Paul brings a wealth of experience with over 2 decades of aircraft engineering and maintenance experience.

Previous to Paul’s current role, he has held several and varied leadership roles across different departments consisting of maintenance, customer support, quality, and made a huge impact when he took on the position of General manager for Biggin Hill London. Paul’s previous experience provided him with valuable insights proving beneficial to his new role. Paul plays a critical role for Bombardier’s International sites and is well equipped to take on the responsibilities for the following sites: London, Melbourne, Berlin, Singapore, Dubai, Tianjin, and Paris.

Managing locations in diverse regions undoubtedly requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and cultural sensitivity. Paul's appointment suggests a commitment to maintaining and expanding Bombardier's presence and operations across these key international locations.
