The 2023 Annual General Meeting of Asian Business Aviation Association Limited will be held at Bombardier Aerospace Services Singapore, 10 Seletar Aerospace Heights, Seletar Aerospace Park, Singapore on Thursday, 21 September 2023 at 12:00 PM for the purposes set out below.

1. Report of the Chairperson on the activities since the last AGM and plans for the upcoming year
2. Financial report by the Treasurer or in his/her absence by a member of the Board of Directors
3. Other matters – matters to be taken up have to be received by the Board of Directors at least eight (8) days prior to the AGM in writing with email or mail
4. To transact any other ordinary business
